How do I post a Tweet?
On the Home screen click on the "square icon with a pen" to post a tweet (icon is located at Top right - to the right of "All friends" & to the left of "signout")
In addition a significant number of icons on each screen contain powerful clickable functionality.

How do I Retweet, Reply or Mark as favorite?
On the Home Screen there are 3 icons to the right of each tweet:
Top icon ("star") is used to mark as favorite
Middle icon for Reply
Bottom icon for Retweet

How do I geo-tag my tweets?
This is very simple.
Click on the location button when composing a new tweet.
It will auto insert your location tags in the tweet

How do I upload my picture or videos to Twitter?
When composing a new tweet - click on the camera icon.
Take a picture from camera or shoot a video - your picture is automatically uploaded to Twitter via twitpic/twitvid when you post that tweet

Is it possible to update my Facebook status with my Twitter status using this app instead of double posting every time?
Yes you can - follow steps below:
Step1 :
Log in your facebook account and set up the following Facebook app http://apps.facebook.com/twitter/
Step2.
All your Twitter updates from this app will now be posted into Facebook with the exception of @reply tweets
